What data we process

We process data you provide via the booking form or other contact: name, phone number, email (optional), vehicle details (e.g. plate number), requested appointment time, and any note.

Purpose of processing

We process the data to handle your service booking, provide the requested services, and communicate about the appointment or job.

Legal basis

The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general enquiries we may also rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Data is accessible to authorised ATT staff. Hosting and website/CMS providers may process data as needed to run the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Retention period

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the booking and for a reasonable period thereafter for records and follow-up, and no longer than required by law (e.g. tax and accounting rules).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). You can exercise your rights at info@att-truck.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use third-party marketing or analytics cookies. Any technical cookies required for the site (if used) are not used to identify visitors for marketing purposes.
